The new issue of Sports Illustrated was sitting on the desk at the entrance to the UGA sports information offices today. It was a popular piece of reading material.
The Bulldogs were cover boys on the magazine, and SI ranked Georgia No. 1 in their preseason poll.
Over at ESPN, the Dawgs were also ranked at the top of their preseason power poll.
Oh, and ranked fifth in their "Bottom 10." That spot goes weekly to a good team that manages to do something stupid.
And while you're reading up on the potential national champion Georgia Bulldogs, take some time to crack into the SI vault and read about the last Bulldog national champions.
