UGA's spring football schedule almost set

Georgia’s G-Day game has been set for some time. Now the start of spring practice has a tentative start date.

UGA says it will take the field on Thursday, March 10, which is prior to spring break.

It would practice just that one day, then take off until March 22. From there it would practice until G-day on April 16.

The exact dates of following practices hasn’t been announced yet.

Can someone explain why they practice for one day, then take an almost two week break? Is it so that they can tell people what to work on during the break?

My guess is it probably has something to do with that. In addition to some pretty stern warnings to be very careful of what they do on their break.

sort of just off the cuff, found this over on EDSBS. Don't know if y'all read their stuff since, you know, they're Gators.

This is cutting egde football. The Meal Photographer gets to see what the players are puking up after one hard practice.

Yippee! Let's watch Lemay, Mason beat Aaron Murray like Gray and Mett did last year, and then watch Murray get annointed the leader. Yeah--hurray for Spring "meaningless" football.

Yeah hurray, from some of the comments from Georgia's rivals, it sounds like they're upset Georgia is having a major talent upgrade tomorrow.
