Wait til they see Houston. He's a dominating freakish guy. Best defensive player in the SEC, and that's saying a lot.

14 guys, man, should have won a National Championship with that kind of talent.

Doug said...

Not all 14 guys are going to be drafted or signed.

2nd that Doug, I don't think Derek Rich will be making any 53-man rosters.

Hope they all do well, but I really hope Durham shows out since he got snubbed from the Combine.

Only 3 or 4 will get drafted.

actually a lot of these guys want to continue playing in some form of league. Gloer is a friend of mine and has said on multiple occasions that he wants to play in the CFL or Europe.

A few of these guys (like Gloer) just love playing ball and want to continue to do so as long as they can. Then alumni will have a job waiting for them in insurance when they finish.

All of that aside, I think some of these guys are there just to have fun and see what happens

Dent and Chapas both have legit shots at getting on an NFL roster. Gamble as well.

From experts, you only hear about 3having a real shot at NFL: Green, Boling, Houston.

Anonymous said...

Wonder how the rest of them can score on the wonderlic test?

Anonymous said...

Time to find a new expert. The ones I hear from claims 5-6. AJ, Boling, Houston, Chapas, Dent, Durham most likely.

anyone know who is passing to durham and aj? will it be murray or maybe stafford will come back to get some work in. heck, maybe even matty ice?

Anonymous said...

Anyone claiming Chapas, Durham and Dent will get drafted, supply the links for ALL the experts to back that up.

Boling might not even get drafted. Might just be AJ & Houston.

Get a clue Georgia homers.

"real shot at NFL" and "get drafted" are different things. if you paid a little more attention to what people said, maybe you wouldn't get in arguments with people smarter than you.

More signs of a declining program. Only 3 players drafted.

Agree, only 3 have NFL potential, AJ, Boling, Houston, Boling is questionable. My how the talent level has dropped in Georgia.

Who really cares? Bruce Pearl fired at Tenn. Quick ...hire Pearl as an assistant and bring back Harrick Jr. to help out with Wonderlic tests.

Aww! Poor widdle racist Tech Troll needs a diapey change!

Quick poll: Which player will destroy the Crickets more next year...Aaron Murray, or Kentavious Caldwell-Pope? Show your work.

At least 10-11 of those guys are going to be in the NFL for at least a year or two. Anyone claiming otherwise doesn't know what the hell they're talking about.

As far as the draft goes, we're probably looking at 5-7 guys drafted.

Agree with all, 2 guys drafted are AJ + Houston. No one else really has a shot. Anyone disagreeing with me is wrong.

so when do you think green and houston will be drafted, teck troll?

5th? 6th round maybe?

Wait...when did Reggie Ball get drafted? oh yeah, he DIDN'T. Nor did he graduate from teck. He now plays in the indoor football league. That's like the WNBA of football.

UGA has and will always run this state.

AJ goes top 5 pick, Houston 2nd round, slim pickens for this class, no one else should even try out from what McShay's saying. Kiper has1 other UGA player as a possible late round pick. What a pitiful class.

Anonymous said...

I could see Dent or Durham possibly being drafted. Maybe even Gamble but that's more of a stretch.

I think Boling, Chapas, Cuff, JDavis, Dobbs, and Tripp will at the very least sign as free agents. Not so sure about CDavis, Gloer, and Rich.

Sports Illustrated reporting AJ's stock dropping, say he doesn't have a good practice rep, or blocking rep. I agree. AJ has a rep as a poor weight room guy too. Injury prone. Can't win Championships. Might slip to 2nd round wiht Houston.

No one else will get drafted from this thin on talent underachieving class.
