Friday Links (11/7)

-- I have a story in today's Telegraph on how Georgia has addressed the problems uncovered against Florida.

-- The AJC says Kentucky's Trevard Lindley is especially motivated to play his home-state team.

-- Bleacher Report asks where Mark Richt goes from here. I start picking apart this article within the first paragraph. "Laden with senior stars"? That's exactly the problem -- Georgia doesn't have any!

-- The Tifton Gazzette -- South Georgia's leading newspaper -- talks with offensive lineman Tanner Strickland.

-- The Louisville Courrier Journal says Georgia is focused on Kentucky, not Florida. Well, at least they believe it.

-- Georgia Sports Blog reminds us what happened to Matthew Stafford the last time Georgia traveled to Lexington.

-- Total UGA talks to Damon Evans (WARNING: Subscription required).

-- The Athens Banner-Herald finds that Dannell Ellerbe isn't letting his disappointing season get him down.

-- Augusta's Scott Michaux says that all the opportunities Georgia has missed have made this season a hard one to watch.

-- The AJC's Mark Bradley blogs that Tech's two-loss season is more impressive than thd Dawgs'.

-- The Lexington Herald-Leader lets us know about a Kentucky D lineman Georgia should watch out for.

-- ESPN's Chris Low mentions some of the top names under consideration for the Tennessee job.

-- Every Day Should Be Saturday says Ole Miss is, um -- celebrating? -- the 10th anniversary of Tommy Tuberville leaving town this week.

-- Texas booted its back-up center for sending a racist Facebook message to Barack Obama.

-- Hall & Oates have filed a lawsuit over royalties for "Maneater." I mention this, however, strictly as an excuse to link to today's mustache picture of the day.

Please do us all a favor and stop linking to absolutely idiotic BleacherReport articles

I read what you posted and just shook my head at the stupidity of some people

It is as if they havent seen us play a single time yet write long articles about us

I know! Isn't it fun to laugh at the silliness of others? Or maybe I'm just a bad person.
