Georgia players at SEC media days ...

... will be seniors Brandon Boykin and Ben Jones, and sophomore quarterback Aaron Murray.

Here's a link to the full list of SEC players.

It's normal for teams to bring their top seniors on each side of the ball - which, arguably, are Boykin and Jones. It also helps for the player to be well-spoken: Boykin is a journalism major (and as we all know, journalism majors are smart beyond belief), and Jones is a bit more comfortable around the media than (God love him) Cordy Glenn.

And teams also tend to bring their top player, or at least the one to draw the most interest from media members. Last year it was A.J. Green, and this year it's Aaron Murray. Of course it was at media days that the story about Green's NCAA issue broke, so let's hope for Murray's sake that being the wild card choice to media days isn't some sort of Madden-like jinx.

Georgia will run the media gauntlet on the middle day, Thursday, along with Kentucky, Auburn and Tennessee.
