ReplyDeleteAlso 12 year NFL Veteran and former Dawg Randall Godfrey is graduationg today. Randall proves, even after an amazing & successful NFL career, coming back to finish a UGA degree is still a top priority.
ReplyDeleteToday also marks a milestone in the Richt era. 160 Football Players, since 2001, have now earned their UGA degrees. Outstanding!
Congratulations to all of our graduates! Damn Good Dawgs indeed.
Congrats to all!
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting this Hale. So often we lose sight of the other reason these Dawgs are on the UGA campus.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad fall commencement is in Stegman because Bryan Evans wouldn't have a clue where to be if it was at Sanford.
ReplyDeleteOn this day, not nice Matthew. Did someone come to your graduation and remind you of all the mediocre grades and ugly hook-ups?
ReplyDeleteYeah, anon, your mom was pretty ugly...
ReplyDeleteThanks Anon 12:08/Matthew.
ReplyDeleteThat's a lovely picture. I'm so happy for all the guys and so glad that they persevered. Also glad to read that Randall Godfrey is graduating today as well. He was always one of my favorite Dawgs and I even found myself rooting for the Dallas Cowboys when he was playing with them.
ReplyDeleteDGDs!
#3 owes us some money back. He robbed the university of a scholarship.JMHO
ReplyDeleteCongrats to all the graduates. No matter what they did on Saturdays they all deserve a big pat on the back for getting it done in the classroom. Some will go on to the pros, some will not but they have something valuable that no one can ever take away from them. Go Dawgs!
ReplyDeleteThis has nothing to do with graduation, but I just read that Carlos Dunlap has been reinstated for the bowl game. He served a one game suspension for falling asleep drunk at the wheel. There is the iron-fisted Urban we all know and love. Class act and a man of character there. WOW.
